WhatsApp bookings receive a confirmation typically within 5–15 minutes. During peak hours (10 AM–10 PM), it's usually instant. During off-peak hours, we respond within 20 minutes. Phone calls are answered immediately by our wellness coordinators.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome and we accommodate them whenever possible. However, to guarantee your preferred therapist, time and treatment, we recommend booking at least 30–60 minutes in advance, especially for couple treatments and premium packages.

We understand plans change. We request a minimum of 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For packages booked more than 24 hours in advance, please give us at least 4 hours notice. Contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone to reschedule.

For chronic back pain, we recommend our Deep Tissue Massage which targets the deep muscle layers. For combined relief and relaxation, our GLOW Signature Experience (Deep Tissue + Hot Stone) is particularly effective. Our therapist will assess your specific condition before the session.

We recommend the Swedish Massage for first-timers. It uses gentle to medium pressure with long, flowing strokes that are deeply relaxing without being intense. It's the perfect introduction to the world of therapeutic massage.

Most individual treatments range from 45–120 minutes. Our Swedish, Deep Tissue and Thai massages are available in 60, 90 and 120-minute options. Reflexology is 45–60 minutes. Premium packages range from 90–180+ minutes. Choose your duration during booking.
